1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Ali Dental Lab, a dental laboratory operating in Pakistan. By placing an order, submitting work, or using our services, the client (dentist, dental clinic, or authorized healthcare provider) agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Scope of Services
We provide dental laboratory services including, but not limited to:

Crowns and bridges

Dentures
-
Orthodontic appliances
-
Implants and related restorations
-
CAD/CAM dental solutions
All services are provided strictly on prescription from a licensed dental professional.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:

Provide accurate and complete prescriptions, impressions, scans, and instructions

Ensure impressions and digital files are free from defects

Verify patient details before submission

Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC) guidelines
The laboratory is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
4. Turnaround Time
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on case complexity, materials, or workload. Delays caused by incomplete data, remakes, or force majeure events shall not be the laboratory’s responsibility.
5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise

Payments must be made within the agreed timeframe

Late payments may result in delayed delivery or suspension of services

Prices may be revised with prior notice
6. Remakes & Adjustments

Remakes are accepted only if the original work is returned within 7 days of delivery

Remakes due to laboratory error will be corrected at no additional cost

Remakes due to inaccurate impressions, prescriptions, or clinical changes will be chargeable
7. Warranty & Limitations
We warrant that all dental appliances are manufactured using industry-standard materials and techniques.
The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Improper handling or fitting
-
Damage caused by patient misuse or poor oral hygiene
8. Delivery & Risk
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the client upon dispatch. The laboratory is not liable for delays or damage caused by courier or third-party delivery services.
9. Infection Control
All work is handled according to standard infection control protocols. The client confirms that all impressions and items sent to the laboratory have been properly disinfected.
10. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Patient information is treated as confidential and used solely for dental laboratory purposes. We comply with applicable data protection and privacy practices in Pakistan.
11. Limitation of Liability
The laboratory shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Clinical outcomes, treatment decisions, or patient dissatisfaction
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or power outages.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
14. Amendments
The laboratory reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will apply to all future orders.
15. Acceptance
By placing an order with Ali Dental Lab, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
